Program:
departure Friday 3 September at 09:00 da Sesto F.no * arrival at pool in Borgo San Lorenzo (packed lunch), transfer to the seat 18 hours the gathering ( http://www.castellonchio.it/ ) Arriving for the hours 19:00 and accommodation, dinner, evening games.
Saturday 4: breakfast, exercise, lunch, afternoon games, practice, dinner, evening games.
Sunday 5 : breakfast, workout, outdoor trekking with lunch, treasure hunt,
at 18:00 snack with parents : Parents are invited to the shelter for a salute and a snack with the kids and the group AKS (to get to the shelter but we have to do 900 feet).
The hut is well equipped and is really good: in the green Mugello is used to accommodate up to 35 people with kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and showers.

The objective of the meeting is to share with momentum in all directions: from the perspective of motor with 3 days intensive training and start-up to the sporting year, and (especially) for the socialization of children and young people who share in this brief but intense experience, friendship and all day in comparison. The boys will be involved in the management of living (which is not a holiday at the hotel): help in food preparation ** , distribution, cleaning and organization of community life. Obviously everything will be super vision by myself, by the Masters AKS and older boys who will coordinate their activities.

last weekend of August, the usual race International Open Grade, saw the participation of two female athletes dell'AKS: Magherini Giulia Martina and shacks. 1095 members for a race start of the season but already extremely important for athletes in the national ranking. Julia won the category with no clear superiority never miss a meeting. Too bad for the final season (the other finalist due to injury), which however does not diminish the value of our athletes. Martina won the first match then lost a little against Croatia and then sells the repechage against Di Bello Pugliese. He stops at the fifth.
